Here’s an overview of the best places to live in the Bakersfield Seven Oaks community.

Seven Oaks Bakersfield

At the heart of the Seven Oaks development is the original Seven Oaks neighborhood. This is one of the best neighborhoods in Bakersfield for families and one of the most affordable places to live in Southwest Bakersfield. It’s centrally located near all the best amenities and schools with single-family homes built in the early 2000s priced in the $400s. It’s adjacent to the CSU Bakersfield campus and The Park at River Walk, one of the best parks in Bakersfield, and home to the Seven Oaks Country Club.

Belcourt Seven Oaks

The Seven Oaks master-planned community first broke ground 25 years ago but, after a period of development, remained mostly untouched by new construction for more than a decade. Since 2014, several new sections have been added including Belcourt Seven Oaks, a 175-acre expansion that broke ground in 2014.

Belcourt is just south of Grand Island Village. The neighborhood features more than 700 new homes in Bakersfield with a brick theme and a walkable design.
