JR is first class at service. He is very easy to work with, responsive and a good guy to do business with. His people are very professional- I would do business with JR again.

Jacob, Tony and Gilbert were great. Very courteous and professional. Followed directions to a "T". The move as flawless. We REALLY appreciated the service.

Use them again? Absolutely yes.

Will, Sean, and Gil were fantastic during our move from Santa Rosa. They were excellent and professional while both loading and unloading our possessions. I will definitely use Mentors Moving and Storage again for future moves.

We used Mentors and Francisco was AMAZING. We easily had enough to be moved for 3 people and Francisco kept the unload going very well. I was Impressed And will use again.

First, I had ordered a storage pod months in advance and they canceled on me the day it was supposed to arrive. This was only a few days before my house I was selling was due to close escrow so everything had to be out within a few days. Angel happened to see me commenting on an online news story about shady moving companies (not associated with them at all) and told me he would have his staff call me (without knowing my situation). JR called me and was very professional even after we thought we could not work anything out. However, he called me the next day because ironically he had a truck already going the next state over from the state I was moving. He was able to schedule to get my items on the truck the next day for a great price. He had his hard working professional staff load everything and get it all the way across the country in a timely manner.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone because of their professionalism and customer service!! Thank you again JR and Angel you really were a lifesaver for my family and I. We were out of options until you. read less
