Movers did a great job. They wrapped everything very safely. I appreciate that they wrapped the doors, so not to damage them if they get bumped. They also brought out a crating service for my big, fragile TVs.

He was so patient and always available for my phone calls......We were comfortable as soon as our movers, Andrea, Oscar, Jr. & Alex Chavez arrived. They were polite and professional. They wrapped everything in blankets and shrink wrapped many items. They were careful with all our furniture. When we arrived at our new home, they unloaded and placed our furniture exactly where I wanted it. They even set up our adjustable bed. I hired a labor crew from Mentors to help move demo equipment into a customer's site. Our cargo shipper messed up the delivery time, and the crew from Movers went above and beyond to pick up our crates from the shipper's warehouse and delivered them to our customer's location.

I assume this is not a common request for them and the timeline kept getting pushed (on our side), yet they rolled with it and really came through for us. Instead of losing a few days to the shipper's mistake, we got back on track after only a short delay.

And when they arrived at our customer site, they were quick and did great work. read less
