Cloverdale Demographics

Cloverdale’s population rounds out at just under 9,000 people. Among residents, the median age is 39.5 years old. Nearly two-thirds of adults here are married, and 44% of the population is made up of families with kids, making this a decidedly family-oriented community. 

Cloverdale is fairly diverse; although the majority of citizens are white, about 27% of the population is Hispanic, and 3% are Asian. There’s also a fairly large Native American presence here; about 3% of the population identifies as Native American. Another 15% of locals identify as mixed-race or “other.” While 61% of locals here were born in California, another 20% were born in another state, and 19% immigrated to Cloverdale from other countries.
